The Process

Interested in product photography services? Seen a package that has caught your eye? So where do you go from here?

The next step is simple, let’s walk you through.

  1. Choose the package that suits your needs from the list below:

    • Refresh Package

    • Restart Package

    • Rev It Up Package

    • Monthly Photography Package

    • Instagram Creative

    • Or if you are looking for a custom package, let us know.

  2. How can we best capture your vision?

This is where we discuss what your expected outcomes are and what exactly your vision is with your product photography services. Look out for a questionnaire that will help narrow down and best curate a service based on your needs.

  3. Time to Plan

Once the questionnaire is sent back and a phone consult occurs, that is when the shoot planning process starts. Don’t worry, nothing is done without your approval so a full shoot plan including a mood board, colour palette, prop direction and photo concepts will be sent.

*Please note that if any props are used like flowers, tidbits discussed during Step 3, a prop fee will be added to your final payment.

  4. Contract Time

Since everything has been approved and we are all ready to go, a contract will be sent out. For any shoot to go ahead, a 50% deposit must be paid.

  5. Send in the Products

Time for models! Send in your products to the studio so the magic can happen. You will be notified when the products do arrive and an approximate shoot and delivery date will be established.

  6. Let the Shoot Begin!

Depending on the scope and the package agreed upon, the shoot will take place over a few days. Content is shot over a few days to ensure that no job is rushed, allowing the products to be captured at the highest quality. Contact will be kept up throughout the shooting process.

  7. Seal of Approval

When the images are finalised and edited, a PDF will be sent for you to view and approve. Once the final payment is received, you will receive a digital link via email containing the photos.

  8. What Next?

Unless you are looking for ongoing work using the same products, you can have your products sent back to you.

*Please note: the cost of shipping is extra so please include a return postage bag or have the shipping cost added to your final invoice.
