Let's Get Symmetrical Asymmetry sorted. I love a random assortment of things in my lifestyle photos but I always end up fidgeting the props/elements around. Even though an image looks asymmetrical, the reason it looks pleasing is because the elements in the image have a balanced weight to negative space ratio. So next time you want a random assortment, keep an eye out for the symmetry.

An asymmetrical photo still follows the rules of composition. So even though it looks random, it still needs to keep the ratios in check to make it visually appealing. The space between the elements, the visual weight of the elements has to be balances.
